Mini Paws Club

Young people are the future of animal welfare, and Women’s Animal Center has a long history of working with young people to ensure that future. We continue to provide humane education through engaging and compassionate programs such as our Mini Paws Club.

Women's Animal Center's Mini Paws Club aims to provide children ages 7-12 with a fun way to learn about various animal welfare topics. Attending a club session also allows children an opportunity to be a part of something they care about, and to meet like-minded peers with the same interests and compassion for animals.

During each Mini Paws Club session, children will participate in guided discussions on the day’s topic, games, hands-on crafts, a behind the scenes tour of the Center, enrichment activities for the animals, and meet and greets with Women’s Animal Center Ambassador animals. Sessions are generally held on days that kids already have off from school, from 9 am – 12 pm.
