Young people are the future of animal welfare, and Women’s Animal Center has a long history of working with young people to ensure that future.

Women's Animal Center's Mini Paws Club aims to educate children in our community on various topics surrounding the care and compassion towards animals. Becoming involved as a club member also allows children an opportunity to be a part of something they care about, and to meet like-minded youth peers with the same interests and compassion for animals.

Club program topics include dog and cat behavior, the history of animal sheltering, careers in animal welfare or animal-related occupations, and more.
