Happy 'Dogust'! Aug. 1 celebrates shelter dogs' birthdays. "GMA" visits the Women's Animal Center in Philadelphia to showcase their work and meet shelter dogs that are up for adoption.

Fri-Sat: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM
Adoption applications will not be accepted within 30 minutes of closing.
