Summer Mini Paws Club: Art with Animals

Is your child an artist? At this club session, students will draw animals from real life by visiting and sketching our adoptable shelter pets, set up simple art projects for our animals to do, and learn about how making art can be enriching for animals. They will also be able to create special “adopt me!” art for some of our long time shelter residents to be displayed in the adoption hallway for potential adopters to see. Artists of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.

Each club session will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Sessions are $45 or sign up for all three sessions for $40 each. Sessions are held at Women’s Animal Center for children ages 7-12. To register, please email our Education Department at education@womensanimalcenter.org and specify which session(s) you would like to register for.
